Banner Center Recognized by FDLE Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission

The Employ Florida Banner Center for Homeland Security and Defense held its 2nd Advisory Council meeting Feb. 3-4 in conjunction with the FDLE Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission (CJSTC) in Orlando.

Col. David Dees, Chair of the Advisory Council, presented the goals, priorities and services of the Banner Center to the CJSTC and received a unanimous vote of support for the efforts the Center has achieved to date.

"The opportunity to present to the Standards and Training Commission and receive their support is a very beneficial accomplishment demonstrating the level of respect the Banner Center has gained within the law enforcement community," said Dees.
